Open position: Managing Director
NDF is now recruiting a Managing Director to join NDF’s headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.
The Managing Director is responsible for the overall execution and management of the fund’s activities and reports directly to the Board of Directors. You have the overall responsibility for creating a team-working culture across the organisation, as well as a key role in the development and coaching of the management team.
You will lead an organisation of around 30 people, including a management team of four people. As Managing Director, you will be tasked with executing the current strategy and proposing to the Board of Directors any necessary changes in order for NDF to deliver on set goals and ambitions.The role will involve travelling.
