The Program Manager will actively identify and develop project and investment opportunities for NDF financing, prepare financing proposals, and lead projects through inception, implementation, monitoring and completion in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. They will also foster strategic partnerships, contribute to the development of internal processes and guidelines, and support the effective management of NDF’s project portfolio.

The position will be based at the NDF Headquarter in Helsinki. The deadline for submitting your application is 23 September, 2026.
