Nordic Climate Dialogues returns for a second edition, convening Nordic and global experts to bring to the fore and discuss biodiversity and nature-positive investments.

On 29 September 2026, NDF will host the second edition of Nordic Climate Dialogues at Hanaholmen, Helsinki. Building on the momentum and valuable exchanges from the 2025 event, this year’s dialogues will bring together representatives from the public and private sectors to discuss how to bridge climate, development, and nature-positive finance.

Biodiversity at the core of this year’s event

Nordic Climate Dialogues 2026 places biodiversity at the centre of the conversation, recognising the need for more integrated approaches to addressing climate and environmental challenges. Discussions will explore how financial solutions can better support resilience, adaptation and biodiversity, while transforming ideas into practical and investable solutions that create lasting benefits, particularly in vulnerable and lower-income regions.

Strengthening Nordic climate leadership and partnerships for climate action

The dialogues will highlight the Nordic region’s unique role in driving innovative climate and development finance solutions. By bringing together Nordic institutions, private sector stakeholders and international partners, the event aims to foster knowledge exchange, strengthen collaboration and support mobilising resources towards high-impact initiatives. Through shared expertise and long-term partnerships, Nordic engagement can help accelerate tangible outcomes for people, nature, and climate.
