EOI capacity needs assessment, Mozambique
Request for Expression of Interest for consulting services for undertaking capacity needs assessment and preparing a comprehensive capacity development program
The Government of Mozambique has received a grant from the Nordic Development Fund (NDF) towards the costs of the Mozambique Cities and Climate Change Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the grant will be applied to eligible payments for Consulting Services for undertaking a capacity needs assessment and preparing a comprehensive capacity development program.
The consulting services include providing specific technical assistance to Administracao de Infra-estruturas de Agua e Saneamento (AIAS) within a foreseen duration of three (3) months. AIAS intends to procure these services using the Selection Based on the Consultants’ Qualifications (CQS)method, where one Consulting firm (or association of firms) will be selected, based on the Expression of Interest, to submit Technical and Financial proposals and negotiate the contract.
