Long-term consultancy under the Urban and Municipal Development Fund (UMDF)
The African Development Bank invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in supporting the operationalisation of UMDF.

The AfDB is looking for a UMDF Program Advisor and Urban Development Specialist with focus on Nordic urban solutions and nature-based approaches for he Urban Municipal Development Fund Secretariat. The assignment is for 24 months (renewable) and duty station is in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
In addition to supporting the operationalisation of UMDF, the Program Advisor is expected to mobilize Nordic solutions for the benefit of African cities, contributing to the overall Bank and Fund success at national and city level in the urban sector. The Advisor will also deepen the engagement of the Bank and UMDF with AfDB partner countries for more integrated urban development and infrastructure investments to achieve resilient, libeable and productive urbanisation.
