The Program Manager will identify, develop and manage climate finance investments in line with NDF’s strategic priorities, from project origination and financing proposals through implementation, monitoring and completion. They will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, foster strategic partnerships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of NDF’s processes, knowledge sharing, and portfolio management.

The position will be based at the NDF Headquarter in Helsinki. The deadline for submitting your application is 23 September, 2026.
